SO. TRUE. There are some days where I just tell myself "don't worry about your pace, just as long as you don't stop." I usually try to avoid walking on those days, too. I'm not against walking during a run but sometimes a run = done for me whereas other times it serves as a small break for my ankle or breathing.
Here's to hoping this week goes by quicker than last week did!
