Tuesday, May 8- 2 mile walk/run with my sister and nephew
Wednesday, May 9- 3 mile run + 30 minutes of strength training
Thursday, May 10- REST DAY
Friday, May 11- 2 mile run
Saturday, May 12- REST DAY {1 year engagement-iversary!}
Sunday, May 13- 2 miles with my brother
Total Weekly Mileage: 10 miles
Second week without a long run but it’s okay! Might as well enjoy these lower mileage weeks before marathon training begins.
Maybe you didn't get a long run in but you did get in some strength training which is great!
