I went pretty easy this week due to some ankle pain. I want to go into this coming week strong with my 20 miler coming up on Sunday. Now that I’m starting to get back into a routine, strength training has been easier to schedule in. Plus I’m enjoying strength training at the gym or at home with my kettlebells rather than lifting boxes and furniture as a workout, haha.
I'm so impressed by your ability to strength train! I was doing really well earlier in training but it's not really happening anymore.
