Motivation Monday

I think some runners forget this every once in a while. It doesn't matter if you run every once in awhile or every day, run 1 mile at a time or 10, walk/run or run the whole time, run a 14 minute pace or a 7 minute pace. You are not only a runner, you are also AWESOME! I hope you have an  a m a z i n g  week!
