Weekly Workout Recap: 2/26-3/4

Monday, February 26- Rest day + foam rolling/rolling with my R8


Tuesday, February 27- 3 mile run with my brother, sister, and nephew


Wednesday, February 28- 2 mile run with my brother


Thursday, March 1- 30 minutes strength training + 1 mile treadmill speed-work + foam rolling


Friday, March 2- Rest day thanks to the storm we got


Saturday, March 3- 5 mile run


Sunday, March 4- 6 mile run with my brother and sister


Total Weekly Mileage: 17 miles

This was definitely a tougher week for me. I had a lot going on, the weather got super crappy, and my ankle was killing me all week. #AllTheExcuses. All I can do is just work for a better week next week!
