Weekly Workout Recap: 3/12-3/18

Monday, March 12- 3 mile run with my brother + 30 minutes of strength training {free weights again!} + foam rolling

Tuesday, March 13- REST DAY

Wednesday, March 14- 3.14 mile run with my brother for Pi Day!
Thursday, March 15- REST DAY

Friday, March 16- 3.1 mile run

Saturday, March 17- 45 minutes strength training

Sunday, March 18- 5 mile run

Total Weekly Mileage: 13.24

I got in some really good runs this week with great paces so I'm content with how this week played out :)
